We were visiting in the area from Pennsylvania and heard a grinding sound in our rear brakes. We first called Glenn In Lexington and they said it would be TWO WEEKS before they could look at our vehicle. Our daughter suggested we call Big M and they said they would work it in that afternoon. The mechanics explained and showed my husband the problem and replaced the faulty brakes and rotors that afternoon at a very reasonable price. We would definitely return to this dealership!!
