He identified a potential factory defect in first new system delivered upon unboxing and opening the panels--he rejected it, returned, replaced, and installed a new outside unit the same day. He even went above and beyond--I have two outside units and the system being installed had a different pad than the other. When Eric returned the rejected unit, he purchased a matching pad to install--very much appreciated and looks much better. Eric and his team are a great company to do business with! Thank you!“
