Really enjoy going to this gym. Missy always welcomes you with an upbeat, energetic attitude which makes you feel welcome and helps to get you inspired. Allison has worked really hard at keeping things running smoothly. Always clean. Janet and the other staff are helpful with any questions.
I have been coming here for 1 1/2 years now. I was just getting back into working out after 20 years off. This was the perfect choice for that. The atmosphere is exactly what I needed and never did I feel out of place. I am very glad I chose this place.
This place is great. It is always neat and clean. They have more than enough equipment to get a full body workout in plus the massage chairs and beds are awesome. Missy and Allison are the best. Overall just a great gym to be a member of.
