“Every time I have used Bluegrass Cleaners, they are quick, reliable, and inexpensive. I highly recommend them. I felt the need to leave this review because I swung by yesterday to pick up some items I dropped off for cleaning two days prior. When I got there, there was a customer in front of me that was incredibly rude and difficult with the young man who was working. Listening to the exchange for nearly 10 minutes, I can say the young man handled the situation very professionally, going above and beyond to diffuse the situation and apologize repeatedly (even though he was not at fault) to the irrational customer. I wanted to drop this review to not only give a shout out to Bluegrass Cleaners, but also to commend the employee for his job well done“
