Finished ahead of schedule, on budget, with a professional, quality installation. Eric (owner) is very meticulous! He identified a potential factory defect in first new system delivered upon unboxing and opening the panels--he rejected it, returned, replaced, and installed a new outside unit the same day. He even went above and beyond--I have two outside units and the system being installed had a different pad than the other. It can be nerve-racking and even a little bit scary picking the right company to work on your HVAC system. I called C&S as reccomended by a neighbor. The Tech showed up even a little early which is awesome when your AC is out. He quickly found the issue and fixed it. Here is where you have a lifetime customer. He didnt try to upsell me a new unit.
