Both times I went in (once right at they opened, and once in the middle of the day) I was seen and diagnosed within 30 minutes. The staff were all very friendly, and the doctors were helpful. I appreciate their quick care and positive customer service.

This is a very professional office that displays genuine concern. I love the fact that there are a large number of services they can provide you so you do not have to pay another copay to see your primary doctor to request a test. In my case it was to provide needed Xrays. The technician was very considerate, clear, and an expert in taking the xrays with minimal discomfort to me given that I was in significant pain. The physcian was most easy to talk to and explained his conclusion and suggestions most clearly. I felt quite confident in him. The visit was managed in a timely manner. Two little families were there when I was and I could hear the children in the other rooms. It was clear that the staff had these children back to see the doctor without delays that add to tears and tantrums with kids. As well, I didn't hear any of the kids cry out when being examined. This is an excellent medical resource in our community.
