521 Monmouth St, Newport“Life changed! Since 2017 I had constant pain in my hip due to an injury from repetitive movement. It was a major problem in my life and a distraction for my work. I had gone to chiropractors where relief would only last a few hours, if it came at all. I tried months and months of physical therapy with no real improvement. I got to the point of taking OTC medicine every day, sometimes twice a day, just so that I could live a normal life and be able to sleep without pain waking me. My doctor referred me to a specialist and I was told I'd need an MRI to find a solution, surgery could not be ruled out. I scheduled my scan for 2 months from then. A few days later, I tried floating for the first time--- thinking it would help clear my head of some general life stressors, not thinking about it for physical benefits because I had no idea. And it WAS fantastic for my head, i felt very relaxed and centered...But also... when I got out of my first float, my hip felt normal for the first time in over six years! I was NOT expecting that! It was great!!! I assumed the benefit would decrease in a few hours... however, weeks later I still felt great! After about a month a slight twinge returned so I floated again, and had the same great results, my hip had no pain after for another month or more. I stopped taking the meds, canceled my MRI, and got a membership to float! The team is amazing and relatable, the facility is calm, relaxed, and welcoming. I do belive I'm a lifer! I tell everyone about it that I can. It has been a fantastic experience every time and I have my life back. Thank you so much Think Tank Floatation!“

4342 Harrison Ave UNIT 4, Cincinnati“I've been sent for physical therapy 3 times and had multiple back injections and the only relief I've had is when I leave touch education, Matt is very knowledgeable and great at his job,he will tell you about every muscle or nerve before he works on it and tell you how it works, and why it's causing you pain.“

5838 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati“I love doing yoga at College Hill! I've practiced yoga for a long time, and I always learn something new when practicing with Aaron. He shares his knowledge of yoga and skill as a teacher with clarity and directness, but he also encourages you to be playful about the process. Would recommend his classes highly to a beginner or advanced yogi.“

2428 High St, Fort Mitchell“I absolutely LOVE going to yoga classes at Embra! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and professional and I can honestly say that I feel better than I have in decades- DECADES! Physically, mentally, emotionally- across the spectrum-I feel like a different person than before I found Embra in August of this year. It’s hard to believe that I have only been attending classes there for a little over 3 months bc so much has changed in such a short amount of time. I feel younger and I have so much energy, I sleep better, I show up better in my relationships bc I feel much healthier and just more- myself. All the aches and pains which I attributed to just getting older ( I’m almost 49) are gone. I plan on doing yoga for the rest of my life, just based on the changes I’ve experienced after 3 months. They also offer pilates and other burn classes at all different times so it accommodates my crazy schedule of working full time and taking care of with 3 kids who each have crazy schedules themselves. If you haven’t tried it, I can’t rec this place enough!“
“Katie and Emily have created a space of peace, sanctuary, acceptability and patience in the heart of Cincinnati. From the beginner yogi to the most advance head standing side stretching twisted in half advanced yogi, they have the perfect session for you. Myself, I’m more of a relaxing meditative yogi in which candlelight meditation is the perfect choice for me. You’ll also find local artists work here in the studio, with many specialty classes throughout the year and frequent out of state(s) yoga retreats! Heal here.“

346 Ludlow Ave, Cincinnati“This is a fabulous studio. I completed a 200 hour teacher training here and it changed my practice and my life for the better. I have always been naturally inclined towards yoga, but ignorance of anatomy and lack of depth in my practice kept me from progressing much until I trained at It’s Yoga. The training is intense and goes deeper than most other 200 hour teacher trainings and will improve anyone’s practice. I now know how to safely practice and tech yoga, and am gaining mobility, strength and a sense of self I never imagined possible.“
“Kind of courteous staff. Very relaxed atmosphere. They'll take good care of you here.“
“I was very nervous and Blu assured me she’ll work with me!!! Her classes are beginner friendly. One of my best Yoga ??♀️ experiences ??♀️“

6125 Ridge Ave, Cincinnati“I received several sessions of Thai yoga massage from Jade. For months, I had severe muscle aches, and Jade always did a wonderful job at helping me get limber until my next session. Will and Jade create such a caring environment and Will provided an analysis as to why I was experiencing so much pain, namely, I had too much wood, e.g., work in my life. As it turned out, despite seeing many doctors at the time, I was suffering from Addison's Crisis, which is often brought on by severe stress, which for me was work. I eventually was diagnosed and treated, but I believe that Jades Thai yoga helped me survive Addison's crisis long enough to get diagnosed. Thank you, Jade and Will!!!“

110 Compton Rd, Cincinnati“We recently had a Baby Meet and Greet at Shevier Hall. It was originally supposed to be a baby shower however due to the world circumstances we had to cancel it twice. Finally we were able to share our precious first grandbaby, now toddler. The staff were so kind and great at explaining the venue. The venue was perfect for our crowd of about 30. We HIGHLY reccommend this venue! Thanks Nate Pucke and staff for your support during and after the event to make sure everything went smoothly and hope to visit you again. We all agree it was a 5 star event! even David Michael, our little professor grandson!“
“Michelle is fantastic! I did a circuit class with her 4 months postpartum. She was so considerate and helped me with alternative workouts which were more tailored towards me.“

268 Ludlow Ave, Cincinnati“This place is wonderful if you are more interested in slow meditative yoga or have any conditions that prevent you from being able to handle rough workouts. I used to attend a different yoga studio that was more “hardcore” and it was far too much on my body and caused me pain. I’m really digging the relaxing and slow pace of this studio. I do wish they checked/corrected posture more frequently but other than that it is great; very friendly and welcoming. Also I have to laugh at the most recent review ? Brian, I can promise you there is no “devil worship” happening in here. Goodness.“
“Best yoga studio in NKY/Cincy! Charlotte truly cares about everyone who walks through the studio doors. She has transformed my practice and mindset. I always leave class feeling peaceful and strong. I've loved the community of yogis here too. Everyone is beyond welcoming. Can't recommend Covington Yoga enough!“
