After several months of negotiation we reached a very good situation for both of us. Garth is very honest. I would recommend him to friends and family. I had a house that was, in my view, in very bad shape. I put up a "For Sale by Owner" sign, then searched Google for home buyer/flippers because the house could be profitable for someone willing to do substantial work on it. I left the contact information and this organization responded very quickly. I made an appointment to show the house to Garth, we wrote a contract on the spot, and just closed on the property. Easy to work with, and I am pleased I was able to find him so quickly.
