Healthpoint Family Care - Newport Office

If I could give any less I would. Healthpoint does not care about you. I had 4 teeth get filled, they did not do them correctly, two of the fillings have fallen out and what could have been totally avoidable. Then when waiting 4 months in pain for a root canal, they call me the day before and cancel.

This is twice my roommate has called off work and missed hours of work for this place to stay an hour after waiting that the dentist is not seeing patients so unprofessional I definitely do not do not recommend coming here it's bad enough waiting to 75 days to 5 months to get an appointment then you get it and they cancel it so so unprofessional

I don't recommend going here. I have been going here for about a year and they have caused major headaches with my prescriptions. I will be switching to St. Elizabeth as soon as possible.Update: I still haven't been able to get my prescription. My last dose will be tomorrow. It took 4 weeks to resolve 1 prescription and the other still hasn't been resolved. I called today and they couldn't promise to send the script to my pharmacy before tomorrow.In my opinion, this office should be closed down.
