“My second visit here. (Don't really remember last year's visit besides being told I needed glasses which was very overwhelming lol.) I've always had the best vision and never had glasses or anything until last year.. as silly as it sounds, I was nervous and the Dr was superb and I was comfortable in no time! The associate that helped me with new glasses (prescription stayed the same but chose to get tinted) was super helpful and explained the pricing but didn't try to upsell! Even had a pair picked out for me to try out that was similar to the ones I choose last year. Again, this may not seem like much for some people but picking out glasses alone last year was confusing and has my anxiety raised.. this time around everyone was very helpful and would definitely recommend! Overall appointment time was around 30 minutes from start to finish, including trying on a few pairs of glasses! Probably would have been 15-20 if I didn't try the glasses on.
