“I had an unfortunate experience with your receptionist, Billie. When I called to inquire about cleaning services, she interrupted me and abruptly stated that this was a dentist's office. Her tone was quite harsh, which left me feeling dismissed. I believe she may have misunderstood my inquiry, possibly thinking I was asking about house cleaning.<br><br>I would suggest that she be reminded of the importance of listening to patients and responding with a more considerate tone, as effective communication is key in her role.<br><br>I don't feel it is right to take away any stars over my 1 minute interaction. I just felt like you should know.“

Dr. Damron is kind, funny, and his expertise shines, whether it's dental/periodontal health or cosmetic concerns. His staff is awesome - super friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate some special needs I have and I will be forever grateful for Dr. Damron and his team. The office is clean and well taken care of - and they have air purifiers!
