My Sister n law is giving me a spiral perm for the holiday gift,she comes here and they do an excellent job.She just got her hair done and it was so good looking on her. Before and will post after picture when done.
Location is New Castle on Main. Edie did a wonderful job on my son's hair, and explained to him what she would be doing. It was his first time in this salon. We will be back, great service and close to home.
