“Norma has been doing my 97 year old Granny's hair for years, probably since she opened. Just last week I was able to take her from the Nursing home to Norma's Hair Port to get a perm and a hair cut. She helped me get her out of the car and into her wheelchair and into her shop and back out to the car when she was finished. During the visit Norma asked my Granny and me about how we both had been doing as well as the rest of the family. And as always she did my Granny's hair exactly the way she loves it. And her prices are so much more affordable than any other in at least 2 counties. I've called around ??‍♀️ at the other's prices for perms or they won't do them at all.
