“Highly recommend!! Our air unit was 16 years old & went out the weekend of July 4th around 5:00pm. I called Thorntons and got their emergency line & someone was here within 15-20 minutes to diagnose the problem. We decided to go with a new unit, so they got it running good enough to last us until they could get here to put the new one in. They showed up on time and were done within the day when it could have been a 2 day job! Can not speak highly enough of them!“

“Very prompt service - Justin showed up about 3 hours after call for A/C not working.
Other shops said we will be there in 5 days.
Diagnosis was tricky but he found the problem and it turned out to be an easy electrical
issue and the unit was back up and running the same day. We will definitely use J & M again when required.“
