We were visiting in the area from out of state. Our dog was showing symptoms of an allergy that he'd had before, and we did not have the medicine he needed. We called Riverside Animal Clinic because they were close by to where we were staying. The next day they were able to see him, and prescribed the medication he needed. Everyone was so nice. A very big thank you from Teddy!
I came down on vacation and forgot my diabetic dog’s insulin. The staff was friendly and able to assist me with insulin and needles to fix the problem I created. They didn’t charge me anything for their service.
