Their set was different,after you let the secretary know you're there you go straight back to the room and then someone comes in and gets your pet and takes your pet back to another room to see Veterinarian and then a worker brings the pet back to you and then the Vet comes in and talks to you about your pet.“

“Where to even start - we are so grateful to the team at Hopewell. Look no further than this team for kind, compassionate and high quality care. We had a cat experiencing an emergency urinary blockage and the team at Hopewell quickly got our transfer process from another clinic and got our boy into surgery within hours. But most of all their team were so kind and patient with us - two scared CatParents trying to sign up for CareCredit cards and navigate an emergency. They kept us updated at every step, their doctors explained what was going on with the best assurances and when his recovery was taking longer than expected, they let us come see him for a couple hours. They accommodated us beyond measure, and again I cannot speak more highly of how lovely the team was. They saved our cat's life and then went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and that his follow up care prevented this from happening again - we'll never go anywhere else! “Edit to my past review. This is a vet that cares. While my previous experience was not to their usual standard, the Owner has since made things right and really demonstrated their commitment. They recently worked me in for an emergency visit and help care for my hound. This is as of 9/4/2024. I do recommend this local vet and they do care.“

“I’ve used Jefferson Animal hospital a few times with my dog in her lifetime. I typically drive from far away and I wish there was one on the Indiana side but the drive is the only downfall!
My current animal is my first dog of my own and they are very honest with me and guide me through any issues. Most of the time I am anxious and everything will be okay like they say.
Most recently- my dog was stung by a bee for the first time and I didn’t know what to give her or look for. I called JA and they guided me through what to look for and what over the counter medication to give her. I have had a great experience with them.“
