We live in E-town and I was having difficulty finding someone locally to work on my gas fireplace. I spoke with Dale at Hillside Hearth Shop and he was more than willing to service this community.

I was surprised when I was able to get an appointment the next morning. I was given a two-hour window for the appointment time. I got a call from Dale giving me his travel departure time with notice that he and the crew would be arriving in about 45 minutes. They were right on time.

We were very impressed with Hillside Hearth. We had an old gas fireplace installed when the house was built 25 years ago. We only used it like 1 time. We have been wanting to get rid of it for a while but just never got around to it. However, we were in the middle of getting new floors laid down and all of those years of procrastination caught up. I needed to get it out tonight - as they were laying floors tomorrow in this room. I was staring at this thing and thinking - how in the world am i going to get this out before tomorrow.
