“I want to say that Melanie is the absolute best!!! I went to a well reviewed salon and had a terrible experience. I left crying. The woman butchered the back of my hair. I had a little over 20 minutes until great clips closed and they waited for me to get there after calling and explaining the situation. Mel did a wonderful job and was able to fix my hair to the best that anyone could with what she had. I’m so grateful for that.
