We didn't know what the holiday hours were because they weren't posted anywhere so we just kept calling. I got a text asking what the problem was. I explained and we were given a time to meet at the clinic. Dr Hampton responded to our emergency needs quickly and with compassion....and the day after Christmas no less. We are so grateful for his understanding, for meeting us and helping to comfort us and our fur friend in our time of need. We are so grateful that doc treated us with care, concern and respect and for making this very difficult transition a little easier to bear.
I took my Bloodhound and cat for boarding shots as well as some skin issues that my bloodhound has. The staff was efficient and gave me a gameplan to follow to address my dog’s skin issues. I left with no questions, great experience overall!

They are wonderful people who truly love animals. When my Golden Retriever was sick the male vet at Heritage would personally call and ask about our dog! I thought that was pretty amazing!
