Had a great experience. The stylist Kimberly paid attention to the photo I brought and listened to what I wanted. She gave me the cut I desired and cut it as short as I told her. Most others are afraid to cut my hair as short as I want so they just do what they want instead. Kimberly was friendly, took her time and made conversation.

Nikki was awesome a true Gem she does awesome work,So do the other ladies there . They all treat you like family . Couldn't ask for a Better place to get your hair done. That's why my Family always go to them .

A few of the stylists are very talented and do a great job. They are also very friendly and walk-ins are quick. The last time I went there was so bad though I'm not sure if I'll go back. I showed the lady a picture of very long layers past the shoulder and she cut layers from my ears down so that my hair looks thinner and dryer than before I went in there. It will take months to grow out the damage. I will likely have to take a couple inches off now to make my hair look full again.
