Had a bad experience with Jessica. I asked for blonde balayage and this is what I got. I understand she came in on a day off to do my hair. She got upset that I posted my experience on Facebook and called me rude and refused to refund my money because I didn’t ask her to fix it. After this I didn’t trust her to fix it and didn’t believe she would refund my money. She claimed she did not notice this but she slowly blow dried my hair and curled it but I will leave the pictures below so you can see how it was truly hard to miss if she was styling it. Very friendly and patient, did an amazing job on my haircut. Highly recommended.
Update 2/13/2020: Went back again and Kristie cut my hair and did a fantastic job! She put a lot of time and effort into making sure I got the result I wanted.
Update 11/22/23: Alicia cut my hair and did an awesome job and was very patient and precise ?
Update 5/8/24: Alicia cut my hair again she always does an amazing job and a good haircut always makes me feel better about myself ?

Found Alicia about 3 years ago at Expressions Salon, mind you I have alot of hair and like it done a certain way. Alicia has never disappointed, very clean salon, all the girls are so sweet & friendly, when I have an appointment I’m usually there all day and watch many leave happy with beautiful hair, etc. my daughter got her first hair cut here also and she loved it. My recommendation on this salon is more then 10/10, I’ll never go to another! ?Services: Kids' cuts
