I called John because the in-network providers for my insurance company's roadside assistance were not available. He was responsive, quick, and very friendly. After he jumped the vehicle, I drove it to AutoZone to get the battery tested and replaced. The staff were uninformed on 2018 Hondas and had me shut the vehicle off to do the battery load test. They couldn't hook their machine up because of the air intake's location, and then couldn't get it jumped again with their little jumper packs.
