“I take my sweet energetic dog, Lily, here while I’m at work and she loves it. She loves the employees and I love watching her through the webcams while I can! The staff is super polite and helpful when I have questions. They informed me right away anytime they noticed something different about Lily. Honestly just really appreciate everyone who works here. This place is also great for getting energy out too for your dog and great if you have a social dog!“

Alexandria Pike Animal Hospital Pet Boarding Training

“I have been taking my pets to this clinic as far as I remember, even prior to it being owned by Dr. Doan. Over the last 20 years of my adult life, I have developed a great relationship with the staff. They are always helpful and willing to answer my questions, even the silly or overprotective ones. During this 20 years, I have had to put to sleep many pets. The kindness and compassion of the staff at the Alexandria Pike Animal Hospital helped with the process. My pets are like family and they're in the best hands here.“

“Dr. Helen Garber has been wonderful each time we’ve gone in for wellness exams. What I do really appreciate is the staff will send you emails during the visit about different brands of food or hygiene items to try. FTAH is also very forthcoming about prices of procedures, exams, assessments and meds. I definitely feel like they treat my dog like a member of the family. Dr. Garber will talk with me, address Cash, “talk” with him, examine, spray cheese and whatever else which makes the overall experience feel better instead just a transaction. I may have been there a total of 30-40 minutes today which may seem like a while but truly I wasn’t being rushed out the door and all my questions were answered and follow up was communicated.“

“Dr. Tony is a phenomenal veterinarian. He is very honest and prices are not over the top. He is also a very caring individual when losing a fur friend. His staff is also quite loving and seem to be compassionate as well. We have been clients since the practice opened and have not had a bad experience! The only issue is reaching someone on call after hours instead of directing you to an emergency hospital. I know it's hard as a one vet practice to be on call 24/7, but a medvet visit is extremely expensive when possibly not needed.“

Haley Howe's Sound Hounds, LLC Pet Boarding Training

“Haley is amazing. I can't believe someone had the audacity to leave a one star review that simply says "never been"Do not be fooled by the average rating that is far too low to reflect the quality of service you'll get from her.She uses a practical training style that can work for any dog no matter how difficult and her prices are the best in town. Despite her being better than other places you'll pay literally twice as much for.Our dog, Kingsley is an amazingly well behaved German Shepard at less than a year old but I can only imagine what a disaster he would be now that he's so big if we had not consulted Haley and gotten the advice and training that he needed. Now we're all happier. Kingsley most of all. Thanks Haley.“

“Wow! Super impressed with how much they cared about our sick bunny. The doctor was super personal and made us feel at ease when we thought we were going to have to put our boy down. Other places were booking rabbits almost 2 months out but these guys were able to get us in and have been amazing help. Would highly recommend“

Eastgate Animal Hospital Pet Boarding Training

“Eastgate Animal Hospital was very accommodating when my sweet dog Dalton wasn't feeling well. They were able to welcome us the very next morning as I called at nearly 5 pm. They did all that was needed to help him to feel better. It was much appreciated and we didn't have to spend a ton of $ and time at an emergency vet. Their staff was understanding and communicated with me in a welcoming and caring manner.“

“Dr. Meekin and Dr. Faircloth have been the vets for our pets for years. Dr. Meekin is a very detail oriented, critter focused professional who's sole focus is care for the animal. Dr. Faircloth is compassionate with our animals, talks us through any issues he finds, and is very personable with us. I don't think we've met a tech or front desk personnel we didn't like there. With 4 dogs and 3 cats currently in their care, we could be facing massive vet costs, but overall, they are reasonable. Are they the least expensive? No. But they are worth every penny spent.
5 yrs ago, at the peak of covid, our great dane became very sick from a huge absess in his neck. These 2 men and their staff saved our big guy. It took 2 surgeries to clean the area, and massive amounts of medicine and months of aftercare. Our former vet wouldn't have gone to the lengths they did. (They both called during all hours to check on him, even their days off!) We will forever be greatful for their care of our big dude.“

“I would like to thank all of the staff here, from the front of the house to the techs and Dr. Faircloth who saved my cats life, quite literally and Dr.Dan, who has treated all of my dogs , even the "scary" working dogs ! Yesterday I went in terrified bc my 16 y/o pit/ ridgeback mix had been coughing so hard and struggling to catch his breath the previous night, that I was certain this was the visit that was going to be the one when I heard that he had congestive heart failure or something similar. Dr. Dan was running a bit late only bc he was finishing an emergency surgery. Dr. Faircloth was already done for the day but saw Ringo and I waiting and said , " I'm technically done but I can help you get started. He ended up doing the entire appt. He listened to my dogs, heart and lungs, even though my dog was trying to bite him. He was muzzled, my dog, not Dr. Charlie. The technician did a wonderful job of very gently restraining him.Dr Faircloth could have easily told me that we needed to do an echocardiogram, x-rays and up sold me, but he told me if it was his dog he wouldn't do that that it was probably a bacterial infection on top of some acid reflux and that was that and we left with some medication instead of me spending thousands of dollars on things I didn't need. My dog is doing so much better today. I can't even tell you how my family cried with relief knowing that my 16-year-old dog is going to be around for hopefully quite some time more.“
