“The owner/boss came out right away, even though it wasn’t exactly an emergency, just an inconvenience for me to have the drain pipe broken. He was very nice, and he listened to my concerns, and offered his expertise, which I appreciate. He also gave me a very fair price for the work done.The workman (one of them - the one who took my payment info etc, I’m sorry but I don’t remember his name) was extremely friendly, he was kind, as well as helpful. I really liked him. Well, I liked him, and his boss too. (I only met the two of them)I will definitely call them in the future if I have a job for them. I kind of wish they did more than just plumbing, because I really need a handyman that I like and trust, but I understand why they cannot do other types of jobs. I would recommend them to a friend or family member for sure!The only thing they might could improve on, is to make sure someone is manning their email address listed on their website. I emailed them last week, with photos, and the description of the job I needed, but no one ever responded. Also they have a button to schedule a consultation, but it gives an error message every time, no matter what browser I use. I would not take any stars away for these minor issues, and I am not complaining at all, I am quite happy with their work, I just wanted to leave an honest review, so that if they read this, they can know they’ve done a great job, but also where tweaks might be made in the future.You guys did a great job, thank you! ?“
