Very accommodating and willing to work with you and your kids... they get it that sometimes not everyone wants to play along with the photo shoot... The staff does save your photos, if for some reason, you want to go back to order new ones if needed... the only complaint I have is wait time on photos... quality is good though... read full review

Had to call office to place order they did not have the build your package on line. Lady was so nice and helpful . Went above and beyond to help .
