I was given the wrong information by one of the employees there, concerning my bankruptcy, resulting in my check going to my bank anyways and being put in the negative. No one told me that I needed to have my case number for them to honor my bankruptcy. The bankruptcy was completely filed the next day. I feel like they took advantage of my situation, just so they could still get their money. The employee who gave me the wrong information should be fired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CASH EXPRESS TO ANYONE.
