Don't know what that 1-star review is about. If I had to guess it was made by someone who has zero idea what it's like to work in a medical office.. (It is 100% unlikely they asked his NPI face-to-face because the only reason a patient would need it is for billing, and he's a doctor, not a medical billing specialist. Doctors don't just give them out, especially these days, because that can result in FRAUD.) I LOVE Dr. Banks. I know ~older~ people tend to have attitude against residents, but: a.) They're hungry to help/work, b.) They know all the latest and greatest in their field because they have it fresh on their minds, c. They haven't gotten NEAR as jaded and burnt...read full review
