“I made an appointment and came here on a whim. I really like that when you book online, it gives you the cost so you can plan financially if you need to. My appointment was with Quinn and they were super kind and easy to get along with! This is truly one of the best gel manicures I've had, I am super impressed with how the nails have held up after 2 weeks. I booked my next appointment pretty quickly because they do fill up! The space is really sweet and I love how they organized the nail colors. Quinn also told me about the importance of cuticle/nail oil and using that a few times a week for nail health, so I went and bought a $6 bottle from Target. I'm really excited to come back and hopefully try other services in the future!“

“All the staff was wonderful!!! The owners are amazing and let my friend and I book last minute appointments for my birthday. We got an amazing massage from Mecca and glowing facials from Christina. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed mimosas and chocolates before our treatment. Definitely coming back, we both purchased memberships lol“

“100% Recommend and will return! After a negative experience getting gel nails for a wedding at another business, I called to see if Prospect Nails would take a walk in. I spoke with Jennifer who said she would be happy to take me in about 15 minutes, which worked out perfect. The store was packed, but Jennifer worked me in without compromising any other customers. Originally, I just wanted the old nails off, but Jennifer assured me she could do them correctly and they would not be thick like the ones I had. She was fantastic, worked quickly and discussed my options for a more natural look. Jennifer did an elegant “new pink” French manicure with a chrome finish (she showed me another customer that had them so I could determine if I liked the chrome or not). The attention to detail, precise care in which she did my nails and her professionalism were exceptional. And I also noticed that the other customers around me were regulars, and extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism by the staff. My nails today look just as fresh and lovely as they did a week ago when I had them done. So thankful and will return and recommend to others.“

I just asked the lady to keep them long, since the last place I had gone to, I’d asked for the same thing and he filed them down way too much and I was so disappointed. The tech I had did such a great job and even had another tech help get the design right I requested. They redid it a few times just to make sure it was accurate- which I really appreciated!
