Very nice gym with a wide variety of machine. Always very well kept and clean. The staff is always amazing and very helpful and nice and always greets you. The owner is also very sweet and nice to chat with!

I highly recommend this gym. It is always clean and the management is very helpful and kind ALWAYS. It is the perfect gym for people looking to lift in Hillview Ky. The prices are tolerable and the equipment is well kept.

I came in from Tennessee for the passing of my grandmother and was in need to let off stress! This gym welcomed me in without question! Truly amazing and if I ever move back to Louisville, this gym will be my home! Awesome staff and great equipment!!
