Webb & Associates Family Eye Care

This was the first time I have met with Dr. Shaver (I believe that was her name). She was so kind and thoughtful in her assessment. I’m grateful that I have never had any issues getting in to see any doctors at this office. I would highly recommend Webb & Associates to anyone looking for an optometry office.

I was able to make a same day appointment on March 29th, versus waiting until June, because I could no longer stand not having a bifocal and having to remove my glasses to see everything up close. The online process was extremely easy and I was immediately greeted upon entering. I feel the initial tech and Dr. Shaver took time to listen to my concerns. The doctor probably spent more time with me than expected, but at no point did she try to rush things; extremely thorough and personable. Very happy with the experience. ??

The front desk staff was awesome and friendly! The assistant that did my imaging was equally great to work with, and I really appreciated how Dr. Webb explained everything to me and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. Amazing staff and an all around great experience 10/10
