Sitting in the waiting room for an hour and about to leave without being seen.My appointment was supposed to be forty minutes ago. Wasn't asked my name or appointment time just told to fill out paperwork. No receptionist no organization. A waste of my time. What's the point of appointments if they aren't honored and if walk ins go in front? All I wanted was to update my glasses prescription.

You make an appointment, an hour later they still haven't called you, bc the Dr. showed up 45 mins late and called people who arrived after you. Don't know if the Dr. is any good, but I dont put up with organization like this in my own business and will not tolerate it in others. I walked out about 70 minutes after my appointment time and refused to be seen. I'm aware this is a working class / immigrant neighborhood, and I'm curious why they deserve to be treated like this? I can guarantee that in Prospect no one is treating the clientele like this amd hoping to stay in business

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment for an eye exam for 3pm today. Happened to get there early at 2:45pm and asked if there was any chance I could start early. The ladies told me that the doctor wasn’t there yet. So I told them I would walk around and get some groceries and be back at 3. I come back and the doctor still has not shown up, and the ladies tell me “oh he just left” (who knows from where) and then I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to be seen and he still had not shown. The ladies said to another customer that the doctor was supposed to be in at 1pm and is always late, but “never this late” which I don’t really believe, but...read full review
