1). not showing up on the days promised 2). installed new pond... leaked, they fixed but not really. I had to move almost every rock and redo the work to stop the leak. 3). as part of the install, they held my fish from the previous house and I signed a waiver saying they were not responsible for fish eaten... up to 15 of the 22 koi fish were eaten? 4). check references, I didn't.
