Absolutely amazing experience with Amy at Twisted! From the get-go it was totally seamless and very comfortable. Amy went out of her way to make conversation, and ease any worries I had as this was my first piercing. She walked me through the entire process of sanitizing the jewelry, and explained the machine to me. She also explained all the aftercare procedures very well, and was incredibly detail oriented in every aspect. Her humor is top notch as well.

After she finished and was cleaning up, she gave me and my friend some recommendations on what to do this weekend, as neither of us are from the area. Totally unnecessary but very much appreciated and I am excited...read full review

The entire team at Twisted Images is absolutely amazing. Amy, especially, recently went above and beyond for me. She was so accommodating and helped me get my piercings out to be prepped for surgery! She even was able to stay a little late post closing to help me out. It meant a lot and shows how much she absolutely supports the community. <3
