Dr Tran is the best orthodontist in the city. He offers something no one else does which is a guarantee. He is the most knowledgeable orthodontist, doesn’t try to rush your treatment or sell you two sets of braces like all the others. He takes his time and uses a pretreatment plan until your teeth are ready. The whole process is thought out and long lasting with great communication. In addition his staff is amazing. Always friendly and caring. I had my oldest kids go to another orthodontist and three of my four had 2 sets because of that. When i switched to Tran Orthodontist I saw the difference in care and planning. He did the second go around for one, and my youngest child. i had wished i gone to him for all. He is available by phone for emergencies and always calls back quickly. The job was noticeably better and he was a pleasure to know. We still get birthday cards from him. He also gives back to many schools by donating braces for fundraisers. I can not say enough positives about Dr Tran.
All of the staff and Dr. Tran are wonderful. The whole process was explained thoroughly to us. When my daughter and I leave the office, we always leave with a smile.
