Sensei Thomas is one of the few karate instructors who still competes and takes home 1st place and grand championship trophies. He is dedicated to the art and pushes all his students to succeed in and out of class.

Sensei Thomas runs a school that enables individuals to achieve their best while training hard. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn true martial arts, have great workouts, and learn self defense.
