First time in and was helped by A.J. He was wonderful, he answered every question, offered great ideas when asked, helped with grout colors and asked if we had an installer.He spent as much time as we needed with us. It felt liked I had been shopping with a friend. Prices are good, great products, service is awesome. Go check it out and be sure to ask for A.J. , he will fix you up!!!

One of my regular places as a professional tile setter. A place I send my customers as well. They're knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of in stock tile and even offer free design services. Tony is my go-to guy up there but they all seem great!

We had a broken tile from our patio set, which is an odd size and 12"x12" was the closest but too big.We stopped into The Tile Shop in St Matthews on Shelbyville and that’s where we met Sadie! She was determined that she was going to help us even though they had nothing that would work. We found a tile that we liked and she said if we marked them than she could cut them, but no guarantees. Long story short, she saved the day!!! Now that is Super customer service! Sadie could have easily turned us away, it was close to closing time and wouldn't be a big sale but she was right on it! Thank you Sadie! Guess where we will go for tile work as well... read full review
