Had my carpet cleaned and 2 areas repaired. It was done well and when I contacted the owner he was extremely rude. The two repaired areas lifted almost immediately. Do your research because they have terrible reviews on Yelp.

Had Stephen from Carpet Chemist come out today and repair a couple of spots in our carpet that our cat damaged. He did amazing work and it looks brand new! I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone who needs carpet work.

I just want the consumer to,1. Make sure to check the email confirmation you received has the $ amount quote you were given over the phone2. When the technician arrives, check the price you were quoted is what he will charge3. And if you have any disagreement, like he wants to charge more, then make sure you have someone there who can protect you, because the technician, the owner, possesses violent behavior and verbally abusivePolice was called and we’ve settled at lesser price. But I paid the difference for the peace of my mind since work was done.I don’t want that conscience on me.They are luring business for the lower cost and charge at later time.
