I live a little distance from the office, but Kevin arrived within time frame. I had ground nested yellow jackets. They informed me of the process, worked quickly, even answered my questions after the fact. Effectively killed off large nest that had a TON of larva about to hatch. Very awesome service, will maintain and rely on again if needed.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
Terminix isn't open on Sundays! But they scheduled us on a Sunday, with a 2 hour window. We lost 1-1/2 hour before I called and was notified no one was coming to do our inspection. We had to be rescheduled for another day. I ask for a discount for my inconvenience. They did accommodate us.
