This was our first time using Technicare to clean our carpet and our carpet looks great! I think this is the best it's ever looked! Shawn was great. He took plenty of time to go over the toughest spots, and was also very friendly, curteous, and informative. We'll be using this company again!-- Jim and Amy J.
Was impressed with the level of attention to detail and effort to making sure that our ALL of our air ducts and returns were carefully cleaned. Christian and James were very professional and respectful with our house. Christian even detected a small gas leak on the furnace which prompted me to have that attended to afterwards. We were pleased with the result and I would use Technicare again.
We needed both windows and carpets cleaned. I read the reviews of Technicare, called and they offered to come to our house to see what we needed and make a bid. We took them up on this offer. Christian stopped by and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He first looked at windows and had suggestions. Next he looked at our carpets, explained there was a minimum so we added a entry way carpet. When the windows were washed only a few days later, we were very pleased. The technician washed the inside and outside at the same time and saw the spots and eliminated them.
