Saturday June 29th I called for a fan Motor at 11.40. So I jumped in my car and drove like I was in the NASCAR final. Got there at a few minutes til knowing it would take 15 extra minutes to complete my order. The Guys were very generous with their time cause I know these guys. When noon comes they are like cops to a doughnut shop. But they were patient even though one guy had to go to the back warehouse to get my order. So thanks to the guys for not telling me they were sold out lol Happy Cool Camper

The capacitor in my condenser unit decided to die on a nice boiling hot day, and it would take at least 3 days to get a new one off the internet. I'm not a contractor, so this seems to be the only local place where I could walk in and buy one. They were super helpful, and within 5 minutes I was walking out with a brand new capacitor. Got home and installed it, and now my air is working again ?

They are helpful to me as a diy’er and I never feel any judgement from them for not being a professional HVAC person, just someone taking a gamble that a $6.72 capacitor is the likely cause for my fan not turning. Luckily, I was right. I discovered the problem in the middle of the night (of course!) and didn’t want the hassle of trying to meet a technician on an emergency call. So glad they’re available and accommodating to all of their customers, non-pro’s included.
