The woman who cut my hair should get recognized. She literally understands how to build a relationship with her clients. It was the first time getting my haircut at this location as I travel to Louisville once a month for work from the New York area. I can't remember her name, but she was warm, funny and so down to earth. She made me feel like we've known each other for years. So many business owners and or stylists don't understand this being so important. You should use her to train other people on how to retain customers. Similar to good restaurant owners they know how to get people to come back. She made me feel like I was family. Please make sure that she is recognized....read full review

This location has several good stylists and are easy to have conversations with along with the heated towel facial that is very relaxing so you get a good haircut with good conversation and to finish it off you are relaxed when ya leave !!!
