Great vet, super nice staff that really cares. They saved us a bunch with the puppy pack. We always get documentation on what was done with itemized billing. Our little Luna loves going to see them.
We were greeted with smiles and they shared information to help us know how best to care for our new puppy. They never rushed us but took all the time we needed to care for our pup.
I cannot say more positive things about SRVC! They were the 3rd vet I tried while in Louisville and I’m so happy to have found them. Over the years, we have been seen by every vet that practices here & each have been such a positive experience. My Dalmatian, Roma, has issues ranging from seizures, allergies, GI tract issues, congenital bilateral renal disease, crystals in urine (and much, much more). The group has always been attentive, listens to my concerns and never brushes off the smallest thing I bring up when it comes to the health of my girl.
