We were very pleased with the Ratterman Brothers East. They gave us the support and guidance we needed during our tragic loss. We appreciate their warm-gentle-loving care and attention to detail was amazing. I also appreciated their straightforwardness, honesty, follow-through, and integrity. Thanks to their staff, but specifically Melodie who helped us so much!
We lost our younger brother to a battle with cancer. We entrusted his remains with Ratterman Brothers East Louisville, from the start to the competition of service they attended to the family needs. I want to personally thank you all for being so supportive and understanding you made the final days bearable.

He made the entire process seamless and graciously assisted us through a very difficult time.
