Very personable and professional. Very helpful and proactive. Responded promptly to every inquiry and always willing to go the extra yard to make things easier for the bereaved family.
We recently had a great experience with Ratterman’s. My husband and I had decided to be cremated, have a mass and a celebration of life at a different venue. They worked with us to fulfill my husband's wishes. With the schedule we had they met all of our needs and provided excellent communication and follow-up.
Ratterman & Son in Buechler did a nice job with my dear dad’s visitation and funeral details. They were pleasant, professional and efficient. Every staff person made themselves available to attend to any question or need.
We especially appreciated that there was no pressure to clear out the plants flowers and gifts and in fact they delivered them to our home at a mutually convenient time.
I would highly recommend them.
