AC unit was just installed, so I am commenting on my sales rep (Nick Steele) and installers (David & Adam).
Nick was prompt on arrival time of our appointment. He was courtesy and professional. He obtained all information from my original HVAC system to inform me accurately. He showed me all my options and clearly explained them. I felt like I was able to make a well informed decision without any pressure.

Josh Moore was our technician today for our air conditioner- Which has never had a problem until my husband had to leave town for a couple days, Of course.
Josh was punctual, arriving right at the beginning of the two hour time interval given. Josh communicated the problem with the air conditioner and approximate time needed for repair. I appreciate the information given and how polite and professional he carried out his duties. I am truly grateful he was able to fix the problem and In such a timely manner!
