1st I called… the person that Answered was rude and condescending…. Off the top He said who you want to talk to?… the hours they posted here are not actually correct their schedule is whenever they feel like even if you have an appointment… don’t depend on their schedule or your appointment… this is lazy people’s house and they are not serious about their business… not recommending to anyone with a sense of self respect to go there.

First timer. I messed up my own appointment time but they were still professional and worked me in. I’ve had my hair cut all over Louisville and this was the cleanest and best looking barbershop I’ve been too. Without a doubt in my mind I’ll be returning.

I went in as a walk-in and I was meet with great customer service. The conversation between the barbers was clean and inviting. Most barbershops don’t understand the meaning of good customer service but this one does. I will add a place you can bring your kids as well.
