Now I've received many massages here & typically don't have any issues.. it's always been quite enjoyable. I decided to treat myself to an hour massage since I hadn't gotten one in awhile & made sure to call in advance to make sure a time was available. I came 10 minutes before my scheduled time (5 o'clock) & when I walked in my massage therapist was sitting in a chair on her phone. She greeted me and walked me back into the room. Once I laid down, the therapist had to walk out of the room multiple times before starting the massage.. the last time she walked out, I looked up & it was 8 minutes past 5. I asked her not to go past my knees.. she didn't listen. & during the last 20 minutes she was RUSHING through the massage, I mean throwing my body around.. it was no longer enjoyable. She exclaimed "finished!" once she was done & darted out of the room, I look up and it was exactly 6 o'clock... Once I went out to pay, she was on FaceTime well into a conversation. Another woman took my payment and asked how it was, I told her it was rushed and I didn't feel I got all of my time, she just smiled. But once I decided not to put a tip, she asked about it.. I told her that I felt that my time was fully paid for already and she proceeded to follow me to my car.... Never again.

The staff was courteous and professional. Room was clean and the music that was playing was perfect. I selected the 60 minute massage and afterwards I was wishing I had chose the 90 minute option with hot stones.

This was absolutely amazing. It is very different from elegant spas but in a good way. If you are a modest person, I don't recommend a full body massage. Even though it was wonderful I do have some suggestions.... 1. Get a receptionist to answer the phone. My masseuse stopped three times to get the phone and stopped my massage. 2. Tighten the screws or get more sturdy tables. Ours squeaked so much it was hard to focus the whole time 3. Don't ask for more tip. 20% is a norm for services but is more suggested then required. We would return but I highly suggest making some adjustments.
