I called companion dog school, a human answered and then treated me like a human not a paycheck. He gave me the best advice over the phone. I can tell he actually cares about dogs.“

“We had the best experience 10 days ago when we adopted Zachary from the KY Humane Society East Campus. We went in just to see who was available. The facility is very clean and the staff is quite knowledgeable about the available adoptees. Very kind and friendly people! Kelli was our awesome adoption counselor and when we told her what we were looking for in a pet, she immediately knew Zachary (who is now named Zachary Binx and affectionately called "Binx" most of the time) was the one for us. She was so excited and told us all about him. We spent some time in the visiting room with him and fell in love. It was the end of the day so we couldn't adopt him, but we were back the next morning and couldn't wait to take him home. He is the perfect pup! Thank you so much for rescuing him so that he could rescue us. Binx is living his best life and loves the park, car rides, his toys, and of course, pup cups!“

Dr Hill is awesome, has been great w all my pets thru the years. General visits & surgical needs all covered by one office is so convenient. Large, comfortable, clean waiting area. Parking in front. Easy access from several streets. Always beautiful window flower boxes out front. Highly recommend!!!“

“My family used Shively Animal Hospital for years, hated that place! Always a Long wait, Dr MaryJane Fush and the rest of her staff being rude as humanly possible. Absolutely ZERO compassion for the animals. THANK GOD I found Bannon Woods Veterinarian Hospital!!! Every member of their staff, from the receptionist to the Vet's themselves were very informative and friendly. Even without an appointment, these wonderful people were able to see both my dogs and the prices were better than Shively Animal Hospital also. Better service, Better Care, I'm Never going back to Shively ever again! Bannon Woods has earned my services from this day forward! Just make sure you make an appointment first. I'll remember that myself next time. I am highly grateful for them taking me anyways, they could have scheduled me an appointment and sent me on my way, but they didn't. And with the office visit, shots and vaccines for both dogs and even flea treatments and testing, I was in and out in under an hour and less than $450. (Again, remember that is for 2 dogs)“

He is my Bash's groomer and does an awesome job.We have been with Joel since Bash was a pup and now 2yrs. old.Bash is a spoiled Goldendoodle and Joel maintains him beautifully.He is pretty much on a routine twenty-eight day grooming schedule.Bash has a little "separation anxiety" but Joel knows how to soothe and calm him.He relaxes and walks him back.“

“Highly recommend. I spent close to $2000 at my regular vet without any results. Blue Cross ran tests (x-rays) found a blockage, watched him all day and prescribed meds for $358.00. My dog is getting back to normal after 3 weeks of complaining to my regular vet that something was wrong.“
