The owner and Josh told me the plan to try to retrieve my work information & Josh stayed late to help me get saved information from the hard drive. Josh was knowledgeable and willing to look at my other computers to see if my hard drive was compatible. I would recommend this business to personal and small business computer users. They really went the extra mile to get my business information from my software to allow me to have a working computer fir the next business day.
