Had a wonderful experience buying a car with salesman, Juan. He did not pressure me at all and provided excellent service. The whole experience was quick and positive. Ask for Juan if you are considering this car dealership.

***This review is related to their service center only As far as their staff and the quality of their work, I have few if any complaints. They are kind, professional, and their customer service is pretty solid - they've always worked with me on costs whenever possible. The reason I've only rated them three stars is because appointments are seemingly useless. Not sure when if ever I've made an appointment for basic services like a tire rotation or oil change and have not had to wait well over an hour. PERFECT ! Called yesterday to see when I could take my Toyota 4 runner in for an oil change , was able to get an appointment next day. Went in this morning thinking I needed an oil change was told I only needed a tire rotation! Great ! Tires rotated and vehicle was washed in a timely matter ! Lindsey : great customer service and the gentleman @ the customer service desk, friendly and professional ! Keep up the Good work OXMOOR TOYOTA !
